James Macharia (Maina) Thandî is missing, and the family is looking for him.

James Macharia (also known as Maina) Thandî was last seen a week ago, on Sunday, 17th May 2026.

He is said to have woken up early Sunday morning as if to go to the toilet. That was the last time he was seen or heard.

Apparently, he wore his gumboots before he left and was dressed casually. It is normal to wear gumboots in rural areas in such a rainy season.
