World-renowned golfer, Tiger Woods, was involved in a car accident yesterday. Fortunately, he was not injured.
Apparently, Woods was trying to overtake a trailer when the Range Rover he was driving clipped it before rolling over.
Sheriff says Tiger Woods looked high
A spot test showed that Woods was not drunk. However, he appeared somewhat impaired but refused to take a urine test. A sheriff at the Martin County in Florida’s Jupiter island where Tiger Woods was, said that Woods appeared high on either drugs or medication.
Police arrested him and charged him with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). They also charged him with refusing to take a urine test and causing damage to property. This is the 4th time Woods has been in a car accident since 2009
Tiger Woods Still Actively Playing Golf
The unfortunate accident came only a couple of days after he completed a golf tournament at Palm Beach Gardens. The finals of the Tomorrow Golf League (TGL) tournament, held within the SoFi Center, took place on March 24, 2026.
Woods was, for a long time, the World’s number-one golfer, and today he has 82 PGA tournament wins under his name. 15 of those are major Golf championships.
